Bernadette Bonaparte M.D.

Internal Medicine

Dr. Bernadette Bonaparte is an Internal medicine physician in the Spring branch community health center.She is a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal medicine and a member of American College of Physicians.She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Agnes Healthcare in Baltimore, Maryland in 1999.She has served patients in FQHC in South Carolina, and private practice in Sugar Land, and Richmond Texas.She is dedicated to her patients and their families.

Alexander A. Chernyshov, MBA, LPC

Behavioral Health

Alexander A. Chernyshov is a Licensed Professional Counselor with extensive background in education and international relations. Alexander received his Bachelors and MBA from North Western Academy of Public Administration in St. Petersburg, Russia and his Masters of Arts in Professional Counseling from Liberty University in Virginia. Alexander has worked in educational, non-profit and corporate settings both in the US and internationally. He has experience in private practice as well as in clinical setting. Alexander specializes in men’s issues, couples, adolescents, children and single adults using a holistic approach to help patients with anxiety, addiction, depression, guilt, shame, trauma and other issues using a CBT, client-centered approach. Alexander enjoys family time, travelling and fitness.

David Wilbur Hobson, MD

Women’s Health

Dr. Hobson joined SBCHC in 2017 as Chief Medical Officer. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He completed his residency serving as Chief Resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Baylor College of Medicine. He has served his patients in private practice in the Houston metropolitan area and has worked with Federally Qualified Health Centers in Dallas and Richmond Texas. Aside from medicine he is master gardener.

Sasha Robeye, MD

Internal Medicine

Sasha Robeye, MD is an Internal Medicine Physician at Spring Branch Community Health Center. Her practice involves providing quality and compassionate primary care to patients of all socioeconomic backgrounds. She earned her bachelor's degree at LSU in Baton Rouge, LA in 2009 and her M.D. from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA in 2014. She went on to complete residency at Houston Methodist Hospital in 2017. Dr. Robeye is a member of the American College of Physicians. She believes in serving society's most vulnerable and has a special commitment to her work, her faith, and very lovely family.

Emiliano Herrera, III LCSW-S

Behavioral Health

Emiliano Herrera, III joined SBCHC in October 2017. He is a bilingual, Spanish and English, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) and therapist. Emiliano graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish and Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Emiliano later received his Master’s degree from the University Of Houston Graduate College Of Social Work. He has wide ranging counseling experience from his work with children to adults and couples to families. Emiliano is committed to a healthier community through improved mental wellness services and resources. He loves to read, running, and spending time in the great outdoors. Emiliano is a committed husband and father, he volunteers much of his free time to Boy Scouts of America.

Laura Otillar, PA

Family Medicine

Laura Otillar has been as a Physician Assistant for Spring Branch Community Health Center since 2006 and has practiced as a PA since 2001 in the fields of Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Laura’s main areas of expertise are Family Medicine and Pediatrics with a focus on treatment and prevention of disease. She is both English and Spanish speaking, and has extensive experience treating diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol as well as mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. In pediatrics, Laura has broad experience with common colds, allergies, dermatology and other pediatric related issues. Laura is committed to the health and well-being of the communities she serves through medical treatment and educating her patients to build a healthy future for themselves and their families. Laura took her Master of Science Degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.

Michelle Davila, RD LD CDE


Michelle Davila is a bilingual Registered Dietitian and a Certified Diabetes Educator. She is a native Houstonian and received her Bachelor of Science from Texas A&M University. As a diabetes educator, she has focused her energy on helping patients understand their role in managing their diabetes and preventing diabetes related complications. With an emphasis on preventative care, she understands that empowering patients with knowledge is the most important artillery against prevention of chronic diseases. Her other passion is helping combat Childhood Obesity. She counsels children and their parents on the importance of a healthy diet and physical activity. Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling and keeping active whether in the gym or on the dance floor dancing to her favorite salsa music tunes.

Eman Alharbi, MD FAAP

Pediatric Medicine

Dr. Alharbi joined Sbchc in August 2017. She is a Board certified pediatrician who did her Pediatrics residency training at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Virginia state. Dr. Alharbi became a pediatrician because she enjoyed being around children. They are little angles. Her mission to provide quality care for my patients

Aida Alvarez, NP

Family Medicine

Aida Alvarez is a Family Nurse Practitioner graduated in 2015. She joined SBCHC on March, 2017. Aida believes in listening to the patients, providing individualized care, and empowering patients with appropriate information to make informed decisions regarding their care. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and being with family.

Luchia Langley, NP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Luchia Langley is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the Cy Fair clinic as of June 2017. She is a graduate of Texas Women's University and Prairie View A&M University. Ms. Langley is a bilingual provider (English/Spanish) and has a background in labor and delivery and school nursing. As a resident of the Katy area and parent in the Cy-Fair Independent School District, she is very excited to be a part of the unique school health aspect of Spring Branch Community Health Center's Cy Fair clinic. Ms. Langley is dedicated to serving the students and families of Cy Fair and the surrounding areas.

Christina Reed, NP

Women's Health

Christina Reed joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically as the primary obstetric provider at the Hillendahl clinic. Christina is a native Texan with degrees in Neurobiology & Nursing, a dual Masters in Women's Health Nurse Practitioner and Adult Nurse Practitioner. Her compassion and motivation ensure that all her patients are provided quality care at Spring branch community health center for the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston.

Jannah Alaoui, CNM

Women's Health

Jannah Alaoui, joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2015, specifically at our Pitner clinic. Jannah has been working with women and families for over 15 years. Her experience includes being a first doula, RN, and Certified Nurse Midwife. She is passionate about serving the underserved, by creating peace, assistance, and equality where possible. Jannah hopes to improve the health of the community by providing excellent care to the mothers and families she serves on a daily basis.

Ebony Walker, NP

Women's Health

Ebony Walker joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically at the West Houston clinic. Ebony is a Certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner. She started her career as a Labor and Delivery Nurse. She’s had various experiences in fields such as Pediatric Psychiatry, Public Health, and Maternal-Child Public Health Nursing. In 2011, Ms. Walker continued her education and received her Master’s Degree in Nursing with the emphasis in Women’s Health. Her dedication and compassion embody providing quality health care to women of all ethnicities, in spite of their social, economic status.

David Krusleski, MD, FAAFP

Director of Family Medicine

Dr. David Krusleski, a graduate from University of Texas Medical School at Houston, completed his residency at Southwest Memorial Hospital, and his Fellow at University of Texas Medical School. He has been in practice since 1994, and is board certified.

Arbelia Roman, PA

Family Medicine

Arbelia Roman joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in December of 2014, specifically at the West Houston clinic. She received her Master’s in Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. She is a certified Bilingual educator (English/Spanish) with a focus in the early primary grades through 5th grade. Arbelia embodies a strong commitment and aspiration towards equal health access to the various populations of Houston, Katy and surrounding areas. She looks forward to using her experience to better serve and fulfill the needs of the community.

Jennifer Fischer, PA

Family Medicine

Jennifer Fischer, a native Houstonian, holds a Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston and her Physician Assistant degree from University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. She speaks Spanish and Mandarin Chinese. After residing in China 15 years, she and her family returned to Spring Branch, close to the area where she grew up. She is passionate about working cross-culturally, providing health care to the diverse population of Houston.

Meghan Thomeer, DO

Pediatric Medicine

Meghan Thomeer joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically at the Pitner clinic. Meghan chose a specialty in Pediatrics because she can work with the entire family and serve as a counselor to her patients while caring for their medical needs. Meghan shares a great love and passion for her pediatric patients, "kids are a lot more fun”. Her personal philosophy as a medical professional and person is to do what she can to help other people. Meghan’s passion for helping others allows her to put herself in other people’s situations to get a better understanding of who they are, what they’re going through and how she can help.

Demori Driver, PA-C, MPH. LMSW

Pediatric Medicine

Demori Driver joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2016. A long-time resident of the Spring Branch community, she was a teacher in Chile and El Paso before obtaining dual Master's degrees in Social Work and Public Health. After nearly a decade working with children. youth, and families in health, mental health, and education organizations, she became a Physician Assistant. Bilingual in English and Spanish, she is deeply committed to increasing healthcare access for those in need, working with the underserved, and improving the overall health of the community.

Marita Obenza, MD, FAAP

Pediatric Medicine

After completing her Pediatric Residency at the University of Illinois, Chicago and her fellowship in Pediatric Infectious Diseases at the University of Texas, Houston, Dr. Obenza opted to practice as a general pediatrician. She has been in practice since 2002. She is board certified and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She believes that her role as a general pediatrician is not only to tend to childhood illnesses but to educate families about health issues and advocate for the prevention of health problems. Her other role as wife and working mother also helped her gain a better understanding of the needs of parents and families. "I think the best part of pediatrics is when children come back and you see them playing around and just being kids and somehow maybe something you did contribute to making that happen.”

Victoria Necroto, LPC

Behavioral Health

Victoria Necroto joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2016. Victoria is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and splits her time between the Hillendahl and West Houston clinics. Victoria received her Bachelors degree in elementary education from Saint Mary’s College and a Master’s degree from Loyola University Maryland. Before moving back to Houston, she previously worked with adolescents and families in an intensive outpatient unit at Johns Hopkins Hospital, in Baltimore. Victoria is excited about returning to her home town and looks forward to continuing to serve the community.

Luis F. Martinez, LPC-I

Behavioral Health

Luis F Martinez is a bilingual therapist who has been working in the Houston area for more than 10 years in different settings. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Houston Downtown, where he graduated with honors and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help adults, couples and children learn to be more psychologically flexible. His favorite question to ask is, "Would you rather be Happy or be Right?” On his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and playing soccer.
