Dr. David Krusleski, a graduate from University of Texas Medical School at Houston, completed his residency at Southwest Memorial Hospital, and his Fellow at University of Texas Medical School. He has been in practice since 1994, and is board certified.
Aida Alvarez is a Family Nurse Practitioner graduated in 2015. She joined SBCHC on March, 2017. Aida believes in listening to the patients, providing individualized care, and empowering patients with appropriate information to make informed decisions regarding their care. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling and being with family.
Flor Vasquez Rivera is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner who graduated from the UT Health Science Center in Houston in 2014. She sees patients of all ages and has a special interest in preventive medicine and health maintenance. Among the many conditions she treats, Flor sees patients for acute illnesses; such as, cough, cold, flu; acute injuries; wart or skin tags; chronic disease management; and wellness exams including well woman exams. Flor became a nurse practitioner because she wanted a fulfilling career in direct patient care in collaboration with the medical team. Flor enjoys the continuity of care that family medicine provides. She believes it is important to help patients achieve their wellness goals and pursue happiness. Away from the clinic, Flor likes to spend quality time with friends and family, traveling, and reading.
Laura Otillar has been as a Physician Assistant for Spring Branch Community Health Center since 2006 and has practiced as a PA since 2001 in the fields of Dermatology, Gastroenterology, Family Medicine and Pediatrics. Laura's main areas of expertise are Family Medicine and Pediatrics with a focus on treatment and prevention of disease. She is both English and Spanish speaking, and has extensive experience treating diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol as well as mental health issues such as depression and anxiety. In pediatrics, Laura has broad experience with common colds, allergies, dermatology and other pediatric related issues. Laura is committed to the health and well-being of the communities she serves through medical treatment and educating her patients to build a healthy future for themselves and their families. Laura took her Master of Science Degree from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas.
Erika is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and joined the SBCHC family in November 2019. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Dillard University in New Orleans, Louisiana, class of 1999. She has an extensive background as a Registered Nurse in Critical Care and Trauma Services and obtained her Critical Care certification during that time. Erika has experience in leadership and management in her past role as an Administrative Director/House Supervisor and has also worked in the Legal Nurse Consultant field. She obtained her Master of Science degree from Prairie View A&M University College of Nursing. She cares for adolescents and adults and enjoys chronic disease management and caring for patients with intellectual disabilities. She pursued a career as a Family Nurse Practitioner because she saw a need at the community level to impact the health of her patients in the intensive care units for preventable illnesses. Her passion is to help decrease health disparities across the life span and improve the overall health of vulnerable populations. When not working she enjoys traveling and cooking for her family and friends.
Ken Isaacs is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner who began his career in 1995 as a License Vocational Nurse. Mr. Isaacs completed his nursing undergraduate studies at the University of Texas and graduate studies at Walden University in 2017. Ken treats patients of all ages and is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention. He currently resides in the Houston area with his wife Toni and their two children. When not caring for patients, he enjoys spending time with his family and restoring classic American automobiles, genealogy and studying history.
Luchia Langley is a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the Cy Fair clinic as of June 2017. She is a graduate of Texas Women's University and Prairie View A&M University. Ms. Langley is a bilingual provider (English/Spanish) and has a background in labor and delivery and school nursing. As a resident of the Katy area and parent in the Cy-Fair Independent School District, she is very excited to be a part of the unique school health aspect of Spring Branch Community Health Center's Cy Fair clinic. Ms. Langley is dedicated to serving the students and families of Cy Fair and the surrounding areas.
Meghan Thomeer joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2014, specifically at the Pitner clinic. Meghan chose a specialty in Pediatrics because she can work with the entire family and serve as a counselor to her patients while caring for their medical needs. Meghan shares a great love and passion for her pediatric patients, "kids are a lot more fun”. Her personal philosophy as a medical professional and person is to do what she can to help other people. Meghan's passion for helping others allows her to put herself in other people's situations to get a better understanding of who they are, what they're going through and how she can help.
Cybil Fregia is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of nursing experience working with babies to adolescents. Cybil received a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing from Lamar University and a Master of Science degree in nursing from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston. Cybil began her nursing career working as an RN charge nurse in the Newborn Nursery and Neonatal ICU. She chose to go into primary care as a Pediatric NP to have the privilege of watching her patients grow from infancy into young adulthood. She loves working with children. She believes the most rewarding and enjoyable parts of her job are interacting with the children and their families while providing quality care, constantly educating, and providing continual guidance in obtaining and maintaining healthy way of life.
Dr. Alharbi joined SBCHC in August 2017. She is a Board certified pediatrician who did her Pediatrics residency training at Inova Fairfax Hospital in Virginia state. Dr. Alharbi became a pediatrician because she enjoyed being around children. They are little angles. Her mission to provide quality care for my patients.
Arnelia Pierson is a Family Nurse Practitioner with experience in Family and Women's Health and Reproductive Services. She possesses over 9 years' experience in Labor and Delivery, OB Triage, Mother-Baby, Antepartum, Postpartum, OR, and PACU as a Registered Nurse. Arnelia has practiced as a Nurse Practitioner in Obstetrics and Gynecological services, Family Practice, and Correctional Nursing. Arnelia received a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration with a Minor in General Business from Stephen F. Austin State University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing and a Master's of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner degrees from Prairie View A&M University. She is currently obtaining her Doctorate of Nursing Practice from Prairie View A&M University. She has Sexual Assault Nurse Examiner (S.A.N.E.) training and a passion to deliver women's health services to women of diverse backgrounds. Arnelia enjoys educating women across various age spectrums on the evolving field of women's health and advocacy for self-care and overall improvement in health maintenance.
Cheryal Tritschler joined SBCHC in November of 2019. She is a graduate of Texas Tech University Health Sciences center in Lubbock. She has an extensive background in perinatal nursing prior to becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife in 2014. Complete OB/GYN clinical care for women throughout the lifespan is offered in a manner that will benefit all patients through mind, body, and education. Outside of the clinical setting, Cheryal enjoys spending time with family, time on the golf course, and travel.
Dr. Hobson joined SBCHC in 2017. He is a diplomate of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He completed his residency serving as Chief Resident in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the Baylor College of Medicine. He has served his patients in private practice in the Houston metropolitan area and has worked with Federally Qualified Health Centers in Dallas and Richmond Texas. Aside from medicine he is master gardener.
Jannah Alaoui, joined Spring Branch Community Health Center in 2015. Jannah has been working with women and families for over 15 years. Her experience includes being a first doula, RN, and Certified Nurse Midwife. She is passionate about serving the underserved, by creating peace, assistance, and equality where possible. Jannah hopes to improve the health of the community by providing excellent care to the mothers and families she serves on a daily basis.
Dr. Schreiber joined SBCHC in January of 2020. He graduated as the Chief resident from Bridgeport Hospital, an affiliate of Yale University in Connecticut. He has served patients in his private practice in Houston, Texas, in Obstetrics and Gynecology for the past 37 years. He was vice-chief of his department in Houston for the last 8 years and currently has a part-time practice in Gynecology only. He has wishes to serve the community at large and share his expertise with them. He has many interests in Infertility and Obesity Management. He fills his spare time with playing racquetball, bike-riding and religious studies.

Dr. Bernadette Bonaparte is an Internal medicine physician in the Spring branch community health center.She is a Diplomate of The American Board of Internal medicine and a member of American College of Physicians.She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at St. Agnes Healthcare in Baltimore, Maryland in 1999.She has served patients in FQHC in South Carolina, and private practice in Sugar Land, and Richmond Texas.She is dedicated to her patients and their families.
Sasha Robeye, MD Internal Medicine
Sasha Robeye, MD is an Internal Medicine Physician at Spring Branch Community Health Center. Her practice involves providing quality and compassionate primary care to patients of all socioeconomic backgrounds. She earned her bachelor's degree at LSU in Baton Rouge, LA in 2009 and her M.D. from Morehouse School of Medicine in Atlanta, GA in 2014. She went on to complete residency at Houston Methodist Hospital in 2017. Dr. Robeye is a member of the American College of Physicians. She believes in serving society's most vulnerable and has a special commitment to her work, her faith, and very lovely family.
Emiliano Herrera, III joined SBCHC in October 2017. He is a bilingual, Spanish and English, Licensed Clinical Social Worker Supervisor (LCSW-S) and therapist. Emiliano graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Catholic Studies from the University of St. Thomas in Houston, Texas. Emiliano later received his Master's degree from the University Of Houston Graduate College Of Social Work. He has wide ranging counseling experience from his work with children to adults and couples to families. Emiliano is committed to a healthier community through improved mental wellness services and resources. He loves to read, running, and spending time in the great outdoors. Emiliano is a committed husband and father, he volunteers much of his free time to Boy Scouts of America.
Luis F Martinez is a bilingual therapist who has been working in the Houston area for more than 10 years in different settings. He received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston Downtown, where he graduated with honors and a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. He uses Acceptance and Commitment Therapy to help adults, couples and children learn to be more psychologically flexible. His favorite question to ask is, "Would you rather be Happy or be Right?” On his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching movies and playing soccer.
Rosa Acosta is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who provides behavioral therapy to individuals, families and the community. She sees herself as having a mission to provide the very best evidence-based skills in therapy with the goal of giving the opportunity to reach higher level functioning by strengthening mental wellness in a non-judgmental setting. Her educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Sociology and a Master of Social Work from the University of Houston. She is a seasoned therapist with work history in different settings, working with diverse populations in various life stages. Her experience includes working in the following settings: hospital, crisis hotline, emergency shelter, educational outpatient, rehabilitation, school, mental health, and immigration.

Kimchi V. Nguyen, DDS Dental
Dr. Nguyen joined SBCHC as Dental Director in July 2019. She practices general dentistry with a focus on providing comprehensive dental care, emphasizing preventative dentistry in the pediatric and adult population. Dr. Nguyen received her Bachelors of Science from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia and her Doctor of Dental Surgery from the University of Texas School of Dentistry at Houston and has been practicing dentistry since 2012. She enjoys volunteering, cooking, and traveling in her free time.
Rachel Tran, RDH Dental
Rachel joined SBCHC in November 2019. She graduated from the University of Houston-Main Campus in 2009 with a Bachelor of Science, and then continued her education at the University of Texas Health Science Center- School of Dentistry in 2011 and obtained a Bachelor in Dental Hygiene in 2013. As her patient, you can expect high quality and comfortable experience under her care. Besides dentistry, Rachel enjoys binge-watching Dick Wolf’s TV series with her husband, trying out new restaurants, and traveling. Most importantly, she enjoys spending time and caring for her three precious children: Grant, Preston and Grace.
